Broadening of horizons through six core
values combined with celebrity lectures

      A lecture titled “The value of innovation from the perspective
of Japanese lifestyles” was organized in the international conference
hall of the Longtan plant on March 26 to promote the six core
values of Agility, Accountability, Innovation, Cooperation, Passion,
and Integrity. The President of Tatung Japan, Mr. Jia-Tian Lin was
invited as the guest speaker. President Lin has lived in Japan for
25 years. He utilizes his keen observation skills to infuse his daily
life with Japanese lifestyle elements and innovative concepts. The
personal experiences shared by President Lin in this lecture gave
supervisors and employees a better understanding of the fact that
lifestyle and innovation are inextricably intertwined. Elements
of innovation of the six core values have been incorporated into
the lecture to strengthen the sense of identification of colleagues
with the six core values. The attending colleagues actively asked
questions that created a lively atmosphere in the venue, while
the sincere answers of the speaker broadened the horizons of the
