These include evaluating and planning for manufacturing related risks and environmental health & safety management, identifying potential impact and providing planning proposals for the decision-making process in order to prevent or reduce potential risks and improve the quality of on-site occupational safety and health. | | | | | |  | Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Committee | | The Committee is responsible for devising, coordinating and supervising the implementation of company-wide environmental protection and occupational safety & health initiatives. It is composed of laborer representatives, ESH managers, department heads, medical staff and cadre personnel. The Committee meets regularly to discuss and track recent environmental protection and ESH performance. Training is also provided to ESH cadre every year to cultivate and enhance their knowledge and skill. | | |
