Creation
Enrich visual life through technology innovations: CPT’s efforts and achievements in innovations and industrial value reengineering were approved and recognized when it was awarded the Industrial Technology Development Award from the Ministry of Economic Affairs in 2007. CPT’s achieves a great result in protecting patent and IP rights and maintains a free environment for corporate R&D within the organization. CPT also devotes great efforts in investing in R&D energy from the outside of the organization and successfully transformed cooperation among enterprises, the government, and academics into economic value. Finally encouraging enterprises to develop and run their businesses faithfully in Taiwan and reaching the goal of establishing an international base for innovations and R&D。
Perfection
Cultivating  in  technological humanity education across the board to achieve talent development ： (1)Campus Fun Optoelectronic Technology Talk: To cultivate future technology talents and to promote the sustainable optoelectronic development, CPT has initiated a series of campus talk tours since 2005 to let its elite team share with students their professional knowledge in the field and to give students opportunities to disassemble physical TFT-LCD panels at school。
(2)Sponsoring campus activities: Besides giving the Campus Fun Optoelectronic Technology Talk to schools to let students learn the latest technologies in the field, CPT sponsors related cultural activities held on campus, such as the campus recruiting activity held by 104 Corporation at National Chiao Tung University where Mr. Yang Chi-kuan shared with students the new values on the job market and the Plum and Bamboo Competition of National Tsing Hua University to promote the holistic development of students。
Teamwork
R&D together through cooperation among enterprises, the government and academics: Besides aggressively cultivating talents to develop organizational R &D capacity, CPT is devoted to the development of visionary display technology in 2004 through the university and Industry liaison system (formed with Tatung University and National Chiaotung University). Besides donating the Chiaying Building as the R&D base of the system, CPT offers scholarships to fund innovative and visionary research projects on display technology in order to aggressively cultivate excellent talent for integrating optoelectronics and display technologies and to feed back the society with physical research results。
