CPT’s Consolidated Net Sales for July Approximated NT$5,958 Million

CPT (TAIEX:2475) today announced that CPT‘s unaudited consolidated net sales for July 2009 approximated NT$5,958 million, up 33.1% MoM and down 24.8% YoY.

Net sales of TFT business unit for July 2009 increased 36.3% from June 2009 to NT$5,377 million and represented a decrease of 17.7% YoY. July unit shipments of large-sized panels for applications such as netbook, notebook, monitor, and LCD TV, totaled 1,641 thousand, up 24.9% MoM and down 4.5% YoY. Shipments of small- and medium-sized panels increased to 13,712 thousand, up 7.7% MoM.

For CRT business unit, net sales for July 2009 totaled NT$581 million, up 9.0% MoM. CRT shipments for July 2009 approximated 707 thousand, up 7.8% MoM.

Unaudited non-consolidated revenues for July 2009 were NT$5,113 million, increased 36.9% MoM, compared to NT$6,580 million for the same period last year, representing a decrease of 22.3%.
