CPT’s Consolidated Net Sales for December Approximated NT$6,056 Million

CPT (TAIEX:2475) today announced that CPT‘s unaudited consolidated net sales for December 2009 approximated NT$6,056 million, up 4.4% MoM and up 68.7% YoY.

Net sales of TFT business unit for December 2009 increased 4.7% from November 2009 to NT$5,306 million and represented an increase of 73.8% YoY. December unit shipments of large-sized panels for applications such as netbook, notebook, monitor, and LCD TV, totaled 1,822 thousand, up 10.4% MoM and up 113.6% YoY. Shipments of small- and medium-sized panels increased to 16,701 thousand, down 19.4% MoM.

For CRT business unit, net sales for December 2009 totaled NT$749 million, up 1.9% MoM. CRT shipments for December 2009 approximated 1,015 thousand, up 2.6% MoM.

Unaudited non-consolidated revenues for December 2009 were NT$5,560million, increased 15.6% MoM, compared to NT$2,803 million for the same period last year, representing an increase of 98.4%.
