CPT’s Consolidated Net Sales for February Approximated NT$6,672 Million

CPT (TAIEX:2475) today announced that CPT‘s unaudited consolidated net sales for February 2010 approximated NT$6,672 million, down 3.3% MoM and up 97.3% YoY.

Net sales of TFT business unit for February 2010 decreased 2.6% from January 2010 to NT$5,890 million and represented an increase of 113.3% YoY. February unit shipments of large-sized panels for applications such as netbook, notebook, monitor, and LCD TV, totaled 1,911 thousand, down 6.6% MoM and up 59.5% YoY. Shipments of small- and medium-sized panels increased to 15,627 thousand, down 17% MoM.

For CRT business unit, net sales for February 2010 totaled NT$781 million, down 7.8% MoM. CRT shipments for February 2010 approximated 954 thousand, down 8.9% MoM.

Unaudited non-consolidated revenues for February 2010 were NT$5,528million, decreased 12.3% MoM, compared to NT$2,741 million for the same period last year, representing an increase of 101.7%.
